Our fully equipped retiree’s apartment features a living room, bedroom, bathroom, and a small kitchen. Additionally, there is an unused room that can be adapted to suit your project. The doors are smaller and simpler than typical old-building doors, making the apartment suitable for portraying a modern mid-century flat. 

The decor exudes an old-fashioned, modest, and slightly worn charm. This isn’t the home of a design enthusiast but rather a solitary retiree with a tendency towards clutter.
